Prepare a paste of meat tenderizer with water. Rub this paste against the stain before washing the cloths. The meat tenderizer is very useful in removing the stains caused due to sweat. The tenderizer breaks the proteins of the sweat. It also helps to lift the stain from the fabrics. There is one more recipe for stain removal that you can prepare at your own home. You have to take equal parts of water, ammonia and dish washing soap. Apply it to the clothes where it is stained. After doing this rub it with a brush. You can get very good results by doing this. But do not let the solution to remain on the clothes for more than half an hour. In case if it remains on the clothes for a long time it gets set on the fabric. By the use of dish wash soap we can remove stains of coffee and grease from the fabric. One more way of making the white clothes to look brighter is by mixing baking soda and vinegar in the washing solution. This is one of the oldest practices of removing stains from the clothes. In some cases when the stain is only at a single spot there is no need to wash the whole fabric. At such times you can apply bleach on that spot and rub it.
